Hi, I’m Carolina!

I’m a Senior Customer Success Manager who uses data to understand customers, anticipate their needs and turn insights into growth.

I spent 15 years in Dublin working at tech companies such as Dell, PayPal and LinkedIn, where I completed a Master’s in Digital Marketing and worked on projects to improve client conversion and engagement. As a Senior CSM at Localistico, I managed key accounts, led projects and built reports and dashboards, reaching a 100% renewal rate and 30% upsell on my projects.

Today I’m a Senior Customer Success Manager at Sesame HR, where I build data-driven tools from scratch to monitor key accounts, spot adoption gaps and act before clients churn.

Alongside my CS work, I’ve built hands-on skills in Python, SQL, Excel and Tableau: from cleaning millions of records to building interactive dashboards. You can explore some of these projects in my portfolio.

Outside my day job, I founded HACHE Minimal Design, a soy candle brand born from my own research into scent branding and the rise of specialty coffee culture in Madrid, which led to its first capsule collection, Barista. To run it, I built an AI-assisted management dashboard that brings every weekly task, from product development to launches, into one place.

What I enjoy most is turning data into a story that helps teams make better decisions.
